- Experience any flu-like symptoms (coughing, fever, shortness of breath, muscular aches and pains, headache, sore throat),
- have tested positive for COVID-19,
- have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19,

Appointment attendance:
If you are attending our clinic for an appointment, we request that social distancing guidelines are adhered to.
When attending our waiting room, please ensure you:
- Use the sanitiser available to clean your hands on arrival.
- Use social distancing when dealing with our staff and other patients. A distance of 1.5 metres is recommended.
- Masks are available at reception.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
- Sneeze or cough into a tissue, or your elbow if necessary, and immediately put tissue in bin and re sanitise your hands.
- Avoid handshakes and other unnecessary contact.
