COVID-19 Patient Information

We kindly ask that you delay your visit to the clinic if you:

  • Experience any flu-like symptoms (coughing, fever, shortness of breath, muscular aches and pains, headache, sore throat),
  • have tested positive for COVID-19,
  • have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19,

We are able to offer appointments via Telehealth. The cost can be discussed with reception before booking.

Appointment attendance:

If you are attending our clinic for an appointment, we request that social distancing guidelines are adhered to.

When attending our waiting room, please ensure you:

  • Use the sanitiser available to clean your hands on arrival.
  • Use social distancing when dealing with our staff and other patients. A distance of 1.5 metres is recommended.
  • Masks are available at reception.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
  • Sneeze or cough into a tissue, or your elbow if necessary, and immediately put tissue in bin and re sanitise your hands.
  • Avoid handshakes and other unnecessary contact.
